Collection and processing of personal data
We collect, store and use the personal data you provide when participating in our training sessions and/or attending our events and/or applying to become a member of Phoenix Leaders club and/or where you have provided your consent to be contacted for the purposes of direct marketing by Phoenix Leaders. This personal data includes, amongst others, your name, personal contact details and date of birth.
Phoenix Leaders will only collect and process your personal data to the extent that this is required for the purposes of performing its duties and delivering its services to you.
Disclosure of personal data
Phoenix Leaders does not and will not sell any of your personal data to any third party. However, your personal data may be disclosed to our affiliates, members of staff, agents, suppliers, sub-contractors and other third parties to whom disclosure is necessary to enable us to provide you with our services. We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. Other than as expressly set out in this clause or as otherwise required or permitted by law, we will not share or distribute any of your personal data without your consent.
In the circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing by Phoenix Leaders, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time by contacting us. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your personal data for the purpose or purposes originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.
We have put in place measures to protect the security of your personal data and prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who need to know these personal data in order for Phoenix Leaders to provide its services to you in accordance with the Data Protection Laws.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. Personal data that is no longer needed will be destroyed or disposed of in a secure manner.
