Phoenix Leaders respects the privacy and confidentiality of your personal data and therefore is committed to implementing policies, practices and processes to safeguard the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data. This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Phoenix Leaders collects and processes your personal data and tell you about your privacy rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any applicable national data protection laws (“Data Protection Laws”).
Collection and processing of personal data
We collect, store and use the personal data you provide when participating in our training sessions and/or attending our events and/or applying to become a member of Phoenix Leaders club and/or where you have provided your consent to be contacted for the purposes of direct marketing by Phoenix Leaders. This personal data includes, amongst others, your name, personal contact details and date of birth.
Phoenix Leaders will only collect and process your personal data to the extent that this is required for the purposes of performing its duties and delivering its services to you.

Phoenix Leaders does not and will not sell any of your personal data to any third party. However, your personal data may be disclosed to our affiliates, members of staff, agents, suppliers, sub-contractors and other third parties to whom disclosure is necessary to enable us to provide you with our services.
